Every now and then, we are blessed with weddings from home. By now, you all know that we call a lot of PH locations home, but Bukidnon is hands down one of our favorite places and the one that holds the most happiest memories for us. Today, we're sharing a charming and heart-felt celebration from that beautiful part of the country. This event is also extra special since we're working with our fellow suppliers from nearby Cagayan de Oro & Iligan. #TeamBisDakRules ^_^

Torn by distance and circumstances, Vince and Julie Mae's story is one that truly inspires. Despite the odds (Vincent in the US, Julie Mae taking up Medicine in Cebu), they have proven that love cannot be limited by time and space, but is instead strengthened by faith and hope. And with God's infinite grace, love did triumph in the end. 

Vincent and Julie Mae, thank you for sharing with us your love story. We're happy to have been a part of your wedding team. Again, Congratulations and Best Wishes! ^_^

ENGAGEMENT: { POOYONG & AIRA } BUKIDNON

More than an engagement session, this was really a homecoming. When I found out during the course of the wedding preps that the Groom, Pooyong, was a student of my Mom, I immediately thought that a prenup shoot in this place would be the best thing to do (read my emotional writeup HERE) - and really, where else would you see such a unique landscape but here? Such stunning vista!

It's only recently that shoots have been allowed and for decades, this place has been off-limits to 'outsiders' (meaning, those who do not work for the company). I was actually surprised that we were able to do some things that I vividly recall would not have been possible many years ago like walk on the golf course or even talk loudly. I guess we were lucky that it was Summer and the place was practically empty. Still, we're thankful to have been given the chance to be here and appreciate once more the beauty that is Cawayanon & its environs. Enjoy this set! ^_^
