We first met Bride Johanna during our inaugural floral arrangement class with The Spring Collective, and it really surprised - and delighted - us that she eventually inquired for her bridal bouquet. We really loved her wedding to Raymund because it was no fuss and simple, but was classy and elegant in every way - definitely our kind of wedding! By now, you all know how much we yearn for these kind of weddings given the current over-the-top wedding landscape.

We also loved the non-traditional choice of the church: the 129-year-old St. Mary Magdalene in Amadeo, Cavite. With its impressive retablo, this church was declared a National Historical Landark in 1984. Its heritage feel completely tied up with the choice of preps and reception venues (yes, it's also important to think of these things!). We hope you guys get inspired by this post. Raymund and Johanna, thank you so much for making us a part of your special day! ^_^

REAL WEDDING: { JASYON & SHEREE } BORACAY

We're opening 2015 with a blog entry of a destination wedding because, well, we actually started this year with a Boracay wedding last January 2. This entry is likewise special because first, we're celebrating our 10th year anniversary in the wedding industry and a lot of our special weddings have been done on the island. Second, this is our first time working in Boracay with a dear friend, Kent Lazarraga of Orange Studios, and we're just thrilled to finally share these photos of Jayson & Sheree's wedding (Sheree was just stunning in that Veluz dress!). The vibe is just amazing, complemented by a cool blush motif - perfectly captured by Kent and his team. Of course, please don't miss Mayad Studios' SDE at the end of this post. It's a mix of serene & fun, beautifully shot as well, that you'd be wishing you were there, too! ^_^
