In what we consider a major feat for 2011, one of our weddings got featured in the Martha Stewart Weddings Philippines September '11-February '12 issue. Although we think the photos used could be better (see more here & here), we're still delighted just the same! A very warm thank you to everyone who made this possible! Photos by Mimi + Karl.

Also, on the page featuring the masters of Philippine wedding photo & videography, we got to style the shoot featuring Nelwin Uy, Mervin Gobaco, Lito Sy, and Paul Vincent. They also wore some of our customized boutonnieres, prototypes that were produced by our DIY team from {etc} Handmade Goodness. Awesome, awesome! E-SESSION: SPENCER + RACHEL

In a world full of complications, Spencer & Rachel were the most uncomplicated couple we've ever worked with. There was full trust and confidence from the very beginning, that is why it broke our hearts not having met some of the expectations we both set (read: certain flowers went off-season ahead of time ergo...). But since one cannot blame global warming for this (but maybe yes, why not?), we were able to move forward from the initial disappointment to finally coming to terms with the issues at hand and sought & found alternatives that were just as good as Plan A. All's well that ends well. We have to give it to the couple for their drive, their positive energy, and buckets of patience. We learned a lot from working with you! For this, you will remain etched in our hearts as long as we exist. ^_^

For the meantime, while we still don't have their wedding photos, enjoy their engagement session in Singapore as shot by our friend, the awesome Josephine Sicad-Minerva. :-)

Came across this video from Jeff & Lisa's, and just a few minutes into it, we were already teary eyed. Yes, yes. We've admitted this a long time ago: we have a tear-gland problem, ha ha! Oh, well, enjoy this then. :-)
